Compliments or Complaints

Did some do a great job or service for you or a family member?  This is the place to go and tell someone.

If you had service that was less than you expected, there is a place for that too.

Patient Care Quality Office

Pharmacists can be a great additional resource for the community.

Did you know, if you are out of medication and can't be seen by a doctor, you can get an emergency supply of medication while you wait to see your doctor.

What our community members are saying

I visited the Ashcroft Medical Clinic on a Friday, I saw the locum doctor.  He / She said I needed to go to the emergency room, it opens at 6PM can you come back?  We waited in the parking lot because we were from out of town until 6PM.  We didn't know there was a nurse on duty that day.

A patient in the Hospital parking lot.
